County Tipperary’s 1st Annual Zombie Walk

In Clonmel over the last number of weeks a lot of activity has been ongoing to plan for a safe, clean and enviromentally friendly Halloween Celebration in County Tipperary.

This year it is planned to hold what is commonly refered to as The Zombie Walk.

It is an opportunity for all ages to get involed in the celebrations, we are calling on all families, youth clubs, sports clubs and all organisations in County Tipperary to come along,participate and have fun.

The walk will start at the rear of St Mary’s National School Irishtown and will conclude in the Mary Street Car Park in Clonmel and will be followed by entertainment in the car park lots of other activities are planned for Clonmel for the weekend run up to Halloween.

The route has to be confirmed.

The zombie walk is an organised gathering of people who dress up in halloween costumes (zombies) if possible.  The participants make there way through the streets and finish in a public space together.

Participants are encouraged to stay together and stay in character as zombies for the duration of the walk.

So grab the whole family friends and neighbours and come along and walk with us.
