New Players.
Anyone interested in having their children take part in the brilliant game of hurling can send their child along to St. Mary’s at any stage. We have teams from U6 all the way up to adult level. Our club prides itself on making the playing and training environment a fun and enjoyable experience for all of our players in a family friendly setting. Our coaches are are all Garda vetted and actively in engage in coaching courses to ensure quality coaching. The skill levels and robust nature of hurling can be off putting to newcomers but the earlier a child takes up a hurley, the quicker the game becomes natural to them. A full list of training times for each age grade along with mentor contact details can be found on our website www.stmarysclonmel.gaa.ie or contact Juvenile Chairman Brendan Cagney at 086 2436893 for more information.
