This class is a 20 minute fat burning aerobic blast, followed by a 20 minute sculpt and tone session. It is suitable for all fitness levels and a great class for anyone who wants to increase their fitness, energy levels and strength.

Places for all classes are limited so booking is essential.
Classes cost €6 per class or €10 for two classes in the same week.
