Clonmel Theatre Guild

The Clonmel Theatre Guild was formed in February 1969 in Hearn’s Hotel and has since been providing live, local, amateur drama in the town.

Dinner Theatre was introduced in 1987 and has proved popular with local audiences. Each year, they produce one or two dinner theatre productions.

To Date Clonmel Theatre Guild has put on many performances, including The Playboy of the Western World, Juno and the Paycock, Da, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Shadow of a Gunman, Philedelphia Here I come, The Glass Menagerie to name but a few.
