I lived there for about 9 years where my father jim o dwyer ran a large grocery and pub.as it happens ,i am presently writing my memoirs and have just been describing number 47. Yes it had the arched windows in all their beauty, when i was a child. What a house to grow up in. Mary o farrell

My great grandma’s address is listed as 4 Morton street, Clonmel at the time of her marriage in 1880. I assume that address does not exist any more.? Thank you, Mary. (She was a Minchin)

10 admin April 6, 2011 at 9:37 pm: As far as I know the Minchins used to have a General Merchants business across from Ss Peter & Pauls Church in Gladstone Street, where Dougans Optician is now.
