I would just like to take the time to give some positive feed-back. People only tend to make a comment when they have a complaint! I attended Lloyds Express in Clonmel on Monday 28th January first thing in the morming and had a cut an blow dry.

It is the nicest cut that I have had in a long time. I didn’t get the name of the stylist, but she was petite and blond.
